Operations members completed 610 hours of in-house and off-site Fire/EMS
Training.
Topics included:
Electric Utility Safety (United Coop / Erath Fire), Rescue/Extrication, New
nozzle orientation, Texas EMS Conference (Cadaver Lab), EMS Protocol
Reviews.
We currently have 1 vacancy in operations, with a second pending. We plan to
fill these vacancies with our established hiring list from our last round of hiring.
4 employees are completing the TSTC Paramedic program in December. 1
Employee started the program in October and will complete the program in
December 2026.
Standby Events: SHS Football Games (2), TSU Football Games (2), TSU EECU
Center (8), Christmasville
PR or Pub Ed: Tractor Supply (Touch a Truck Event), Leadership Stephenville,
Faith School, Career Club, TSU (Farm House Bottled Water Donation), Toy
Drive, Christmsville.
TIFMAS Deployments: 2 TIFMAS members deployed for 12 days, assigned to
the Wichita Falls/Childress area for Initial Wildfire Attack with the Texas Forest
Service.

• Youth Basketball League Started. Games are Mondays & Saturdays through Jan. 31
• Registration opens in January for Adult Basketball
• Installed new side basketball goals for Pre-K/Kindergarten in the Rec Hall
• Refinished the Rec Hall basketball court with new lines & upstairs classroom

• Hosted 2 Small Town Select Baseball Tournaments – Just over $3,000 Raised for
