NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A DRAWING to determine the order in which names of candidates are to be
printed on the ballot for the Special Election to be held on November 4, 2025,in the City of Stephenville,
Texas.
The drawing will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 8:30 AM in the lobby ofCity Hall, 298 West
Washington, Stephenville, Texas.
I certify that the above notice was posted on the bulletin board at City Hall, 298 West Washington,
Stephenville, Texas, on the date belowin accordance with Section 52.094(C) of the Texas Election Code.
